We heard recently that on Fridays and Saturdays you can go buy popcorn at the Joy Cinema. Maybe we saw the sign.
As heavenly as seeing a movie in a theater would be right now, that isn't possible. It is still possible to support this local business.
But honestly, it didn't feel like we were being that supportive because the prices were so good!
Fresh popcorn, $5 for a large bag.
And the candy! I was given $20 to spend. I got popcorn, Red Vines, Junior Mints, Raisinets, and two large M&Ms for only $19. You can also fill up a growler with beer or cider, though we did not explore that option.
